The few bars they had around the casino were constantly lined with people trying to get a drink and the place you'd expect to see a center bar was a blackjack pit. The noodle bar was a joke, the buffet food is primarily MN comfort food with no flavor. But their restaurants could use a little more diversity. Plenty of places to eat considering it's one of the largest casinos in the USA. The bathroom lighting was fantastic and the oversized TV were a def plus.
They provide a small frig and Kuerig but were missing some 4 star opportunities with bottled water, a microwave, make-up & full length mirror. I was informed I wasn't allowed to bring any outside alcohol in since they provide it at bars and restaurants throughout the property and they offered free valet.Ĭheck-in was easy, rooms were clean and spacious with great views of the surrounding area - if you stay in rooms above the 9th floor.
I was shocked to see I qualified for some comp rooms at Mystic so I loaded up the family for a quick staycation about 1.5 hours south of where we live.
